Warm a few drops in your palms. Massage into scalp and ends. Leave on for 1 hour (or overnight) for deeper nourishment. Wash as usual (2x if needed). Use 1–2x per week. For anti-frizz: smooth 1–2 drops onto damp hair post-wash. A little goes a long way.
